Key to the Wild Garden

Forged from molten silver, this key is born as ancient things are created: with fire, patience, and hands dirty with filings.

I created the plate, shaped and hand-pierced each intertwining, following a design inspired by Celtic knots — symbols of connection, cyclicity, and deep roots.

At its center, a natural green tourmaline: a small column of light, like sap flowing through the heart of the metal.

The irregular bezel doesn't imprison the stone; it protects it. Oxidation brings out the details and adds depth, as if this key had hung for years on a gate hidden among briars and moss.

It doesn't open castle doors. It opens forgotten gardens, secondary paths, inner thresholds. It is a talisman for those who feel that magic resides in simple places — among wild herbs and long silences.
